I recently started putting together my first Blind Date With a Book wrap and wanted to share the process. I love the idea of giving readers a surprise book along with fun bookish extras, so I decided to try making one myself.
In this post I’ll show how I wrapped the book, what supplies I used, and some of the extras I added to make the package feel special.

The Book I Chose

Wrapping the Book

I added a few fun bookish extras to make the package feel special:
• Book review card so the reader can track their thoughts
• A themed bookmark
• A book club ticket style insert
• A few stickers

Once everything was in place I wrapped the book with black twine and added a wax seal to finish the package. I love how the wax seal gives it a slightly vintage look.

This was my first attempt at making a Blind Date With a Book wrap and I had a lot of fun putting it together. I’m already planning new themes and different extras for future wraps.
